Essential oils from the same category usually blend well together but don’t be afraid to experiment and use your imagination!

The use of essential oils is forbidden in children under eighteen months and it should also be avoided during pregnancy. They are not recommended for people with allergies, respiratory problems, epilepsy and mental disorders! Although oral ingestion is highly promoted by several essential oil companies, it’s generally recognized that there’s no need to take essential oils internally. As a matter of fact, some of them are so toxic that even skin contact should be avoided. It is recommended that you always follow professional advice before use.
