Chicken and turkey’s high protein content makes them highly beneficial for the overall health of hair. Without the necessary amount of protein or with low biological protein value, hairs show weak and there is intense hair loss.


Eggs are an excellent nourishment for hair, since they are rich in nutrients like protein, biotin and vitamin B12. Four eggs is the ideal amount on a weekly basis.

Carrots are an excellent quality sources of vitamin A, which is very important for the normal life cycle of cells found in the scalp. The main function is to preserve the health of the epithelium, while the lack of it can cause dryness in hair and make them brittle.


Salmon can be easily considered the number one food for beauty since it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamin B12 and iron. Omega-3 is essential for the health of the skin of the head, which is the base of healthy hair growth. Intense hair loss is often caused by lack of these fats from the body.
